It's been a most difficult year for all. Yet I didn't want to let this terrible year end without sharing something musically to help others; I believe this recording - Satie's Vexations, on solo marimba - does that. The Zen-like message of overcoming our present-day vexations is timely - and a source of strength. I recommend listening to this genius piece with good headphones.
